The purpose of the survey is to understand future trends in business travel demand and market recovery due to the impact of the corona crisis. 1. Purpose of the survey

In recent years, the need for "Meetings (M)" and "Incentives (I)" for business travel (MICE)* has increased. In the past, MICE has had a strong image of Exhibitions and Conferences, but in terms of market size, “M” and “I” hold a much larger proportion. For tourism-related industries, instead of focusing on business that are mainly personal weekends and vacations, this sector that also includes weekday needs will become key to future growth.

In consideration to the recovery of the travel industry after-Corona and how they respond to risks, we are researching the needs and issues of related parties and users, so that it can be used to develop service and business for future market expansion.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this survey.

*Coined with the following acronyms

- Meeting: Meetings of companies, organizations and associations

- Incentive travel: intra-organizational, inter-organizational and consumer incentives, training trips

- Convention: International conferences held by international organizations, associations and academic societies.

- Exhibition/Event: Exhibitions, fairs and events
